The service
imnotahuman.ai provides agent verification: challenge issuance, signature verification, verification tokens, an embeddable widget, SDKs and a developer dashboard. It also includes Humans Can't Pass, a short public game and a score board. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may change or be interrupted.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older to play Humans Can't Pass, to save a score, or to create an account. The game is free. A high score or an automated run can be placed on the Bots board. That is part of the game, not a claim about any person.
Price
The hosted service is free. There is no subscription, no usage credit, and no paid plan that changes what a verified result means. We may rate-limit or suspend credentials that abuse the service so it stays available for everyone else. That is not an offer to pay for a higher limit or a stronger check. Availability is not guaranteed.
What verification means
A verified result states only that a challenge was signed by a recognized agent credential. It is not a statement about the intent, safety or trustworthiness of an agent or its operator, and it is not authorization. Integrating websites are solely responsible for their own access-control decisions.
Acceptable use
- Register only agents and sites you operate or are authorized to operate.
- Keep private keys secret; you are responsible for actions taken with credentials you control.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, forge proofs, probe other users' data, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service to harm, deceive or unlawfully access other websites.
Accounts and data
You may delete your sites, agents and account at any time. We may suspend accounts or credentials that abuse the service. See the privacy page for what we store.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, imnotahuman.ai and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made by integrating websites based on verification results.
Contact
Questions and problems go through the contact page. A message there is not sent as email. Security reports stay private. The security page says what to include.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
